Master bedroom (17×12) is available with a connected private full bathroom and walk-in closet. Utilities are included. We have an in house washer and dryer, a swamp cooler, dishwasher, and quiet neighbors. Shared living spaces are clean, furnished, and decorated. Driveway parking (garage parking can be requested for an additional fee). House is within walking distance of a great park and public library.
