-College students are welcome. Located approximately 20 minutes away from Towson University, and 20 minutes away from UMBC.

• The home is located in Baltimore County.
• Small, but private basement area with walk-in closet, small full bathroom, in-home washer and dryer, small futon and TV. The vacant bedroom is furnished with a full bed. -Common areas include: laundry room and kitchen.
• There is an area designated in the backyard to park a vehicle, if needed. -The recreational or medicinal use of drugs is NOT permitted!

Your roommate loves to keep things tidy and organized, loves to cook, and loves music. Also, a fur baby lives on the property. He is very energetic, but is also friendly.
