Seeking a roommate to share a 913 sq ft apartment with. The move in date would be 8/06/2023. This is a Townhouse apartment spanning the 2nd and 3rd floor of the building. The apartment was recently renovated and updated and has plenty of parking for $25 per month in a private lot.

The total for all rent and parking would be $973, excluding the Internet for $30, community utilities for about $45 per month, and electric which is a fixed fee of $117 per month. All in monthly costs would be $1,165

A month-to-month lease is possible, but we could also do a short-term lease if agreed upon.

This is located on Arenas and El Segundo, so it is very central to all the bars, restaurants, and shops downtown. This would be sharing the entire apartment, and not just a room. I am friendly, easy to get along with, and I am social and have many interests, and I want others to feel at home here and be comfortable. I try to always keep the place clean and organized. I try to be very respectful of people’s privacy and to be considerate about sharing the space, kitchen time, etc. I have lots of movies, Net Flix, Hulu, and lots of video games that anyone is welcome to use at any time, so there is lots of entertainment.

We have a large laundry room, large pool, grilling areas, picnic areas, and a fire pit, all right on site in the private gated central courtyard behind the apartment. This is still a very good price for a 2-bedroom apartment, especially when considering the awesome location and being so central. The neighbors here are all very friendly and many people get together for pool time, cookouts, and holiday parties.

I have 2 dogs, a boy French Bulldog who is 5 years old, and a girl Boston Terrier who is a little over 1 years old. I have them full-time now as I no longer share custody of them, but I don’t know if this will change in the future or not. That said, I am looking for someone who loves dogs and likes their company and companionship. These are small dogs, although my boy dog is probably on the small side of medium. They’re very loving and affectionate and playful. Bruno is very mellow but affectionate, and Bianca is still a puppy, but she is growing up.

I will eventually be looking for a modular home to move into, which will be much bigger and on one level, and I plan to stay in the Palm Springs city limits. There is no timeframe for this, but I will need a roommate when that time comes too, so if all goes well, and the roommate is interested in getting a bigger place, they are welcome to move with me when that time comes.
