The room you would be moving into is huge (13.5’x21’) with your own bathroom and two closets. There is also a sliding glass door in the room leading to the backyard that provides plenty of natural light. This is the only room on the first floor of the townhome along with the entryway and the garage, so you would pretty much have the floor to yourself. The kitchen and living room are both on the second floor and are very large and nice. The other two roommates both live on the third floor. This is a great location within less than a mile of a Harris Teeter and a Wegmans and only 5 minutes from RTP. Move-in date is flexible. The 9th is about as early as I could do just so I can move my stuff out, but I’ve already paid for the month of July and am flexible for someone to move in any time over the month.

My roommates and I have lived in this townhome for a little over a year now and have signed a lease that extends though end of June 2024. I have decided to move in with my boyfriend and am looking for someone to take over my lease through the end of this period. Your roommates would be two 24 year old middle school math teachers who I have been living with for the last three years and can attest are great people and roommates.
