About the room
This is a great space for anyone needing a place to stay. There is a pool and gym in the club house. The neighbors are awesome. It’s very quiet. The rent is incredibly responsible considering the prices for apartments in close proximity. They are kept very well and a very clean and look nice. The rent is $870 for me a month so bt a roommate and me it is only $375 each a month.
About the roomies
I live by myself w my two super cool laid back cats. I am very clean and quiet. I’m not home that much as I am very busy. I am ok with pets as long as they are ok w my cats. I am accommodating and very contentious of other peoples space, time, and needs.
