Payment:

1. Security Deposit is $1400
2. Monthly payment is $700
3. Total utility bills divided by 3 each month. Utility covers: INTERNET/GAS/ELECTRIC/WATER

First term is 1 month and if you like the house, you and I can sign another lease agreement for longer term.
