The Hub50 house is an amenity-focused apartment building where we have multiple floors dedicated to entertaining spaces. For example, on our 15th floor we have a 15-person-sized media room, 3 living rooms, 2 reservable offices, 1 kitchen, 1 quiet space, 1 coworking space, communal tables, and an outdoor deck complete with 3 private grill areas and a fire pit.

On the 38th floor, we have our sky deck where the pool is located. The pool has 275-degree views of Boston where you can see everything. Inside we have another communal kitchen and living room.

On the 4th floor, we have a woof deck, pet spa, and industrial-sized washer/dryers.

The apartment itself is a 2/2 with in-unit washer and dryers. You will have your own bathroom which is situated next to your bedroom. The shared spaces in the apartment such as the kitchen and living room are currently furnished but we can figure out a solution if you also have furniture.

The apartment has floor-to-ceiling windows where you can see Charlestown, the North End, and Seaport. We also are one of the few units that have a balcony. Floorplan is: 2 Bed/2 Bath-E5

Other perks of this building include discounted tickets to games and concerts at the TD Garden via the rafters program. We are also located next to the HubHall and North Station which makes the entire city easily accessible.

Your roommate is a 31yo female who works in the finance industry. She works from her office Monday - Thursday and works from home on Friday. She enjoys cooking, traveling, and listening to music.
