Shawn's room

We have a room that will be available starting April 1st. Rent is $775 with utilities included plus $15 for splitting of house supplies. The utilities included are electric, water, internet, cable & phone.

About the house; It has an open floor plan, washer/dryer, basement for storage, fenced in backyard w/patio, off street and on street parking.

We have a chill house with relaxed vibes and no drama. We have a great dog who is very well behaved and cared for by his owner.

We’re looking to add a genuinely good person to the house who is responsible, has a job, cleans up after themselves and is respectful of others.
