Ferdinand's room

I am renting out an unfurnished room in a 3 bedroom 2 bath house in a newly developed community in West Roseville. You would have your own private room upstairs and a bathroom across the hall (shared if I decide to get an extra roommate and if guests are over). You would also have full access to the living room, kitchen and laundry room. Internet will be free. Utilities will be split in half. Parking would be on the street, no garage or driveway parking. Also, Tesla wall charger available to use for those of you that have a Tesla.

Must be ok in the future if I decide to get another roommate. No smoking or parties allowed at the house. No overnight guests. . No pets allowed. I just ask you to clean after yourself and be drama free. Credit and background check required
