The house is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath so you would have your own bedroom and bathroom. Guest bedroom available for friends/family to visit. Optional to furnish the bedroom. Must be clean and organized. Garage, back patio, sunroom, washer/dryer all included.

My girlfriend and I live here and are looking for another roommate to help split the cost. I am in the Coast Guard and am only home for half the year, the other half I am out to sea. We are working long days and travel many weekends. When we are home we love to be outdoors, kayaking or surfing. We live on a creek and have kayaks available to use.
