This is a great location for a commuter or a UMD student. Street has trailhead leading to beautiful Lake Artemesia, College Park metro, and UMD. Beltway is only a few miles from the community as well as plenty of nearby shops. Quiet neighborhood with plenty of on street parking or private driveway. Basement has a separate entrance, spacious living area, and own bathroom.

I’m an empty nester with two dogs (both very friendly) and a bunny who is king of the deck. We have a large backyard with a place to sit and enjoy friends around the fire pit and a bbq for outdoor cooking. I teach 3rd grade and spend time doing Uber for extra income. I enjoy the quiet, a long distance runner, and enjoy being outdoors.
