3 bedroom 3.5 bath ranch on a full unfinished basement. Sitting on 1.1 acres not in a neighborhood. Room is on backside of house so no street view or sun heating up your room. Large fully shelved closet with a bunch of room. About 7.5 miles from KSU. Between hwy 92 and bells ferry near I-575.

Two forty year old males. One works first shift the other works second shift. We tend to to spend a lot of time in our rooms or basement so kitchen and living room should be available most of the time. Also, there is a cat and I prefer no other pets.
