hello! I am posting for my father. He is looking for a roommate to share his two bedroom apartment. He’s 45 years old, and it’s just him in the apartment. The whole thing is already furnished, aside from the vacant bedroom. Rent and utilities would be split, and you’d have access to the whole apartment. There’s a laundry room on site, right next to the apartment actually.
