Sandwick Drive

You can pick between 2 different rooms. You can ask me about it if you want more info. The rooms share a bathroom but neither the rooms or the bathroom are connected to each other. One room has an Ethernet cable set up in it. They both have ceiling fans installed and blinds. If you need both rooms that’s fine too, but I’ll add an extra 200$ to the rent. As for the property:

• Backyard patio with drink holders lights and fans.
• Solar panels and backup batteries to insure the power never goes out for an extended period of time.
• There is a driveway to park your car. I have a garage but I’m in a wheelchair and the ramp needs the free space to open. However, in the event of hail or something, you could pull 1 car inside.
• Washer, dryer, dishwasher, gas oven, gas stove, microwave, fridge, freezer, soft and filtered water included.
• Couches in living room along with 4k smart tv, sound bar and coffee table.
• Cannabis friendly but I do not partake myself, so do not worry if you do not intend to use cannabis
• The “Bills included” to me means that you don’t have to pay utilities. Idk what it means on the site. So just a flat rate for rent.
• I have regular pest control.

• In a wheelchair
• Have a 60lb dog but he doesn’t get along with other animals or children, but otherwise he’s sweet.
• I keep the house cold, which is the main reason I don’t expect to have anyone pay utilities.
• I work evenings so I stay up late and sleep late
• I’m vaccinated and boosted because I have a weakened immune system due to a medicine I take, so I expect any potential roommate to be fully vaccinated and to take Covid seriously.
