Zachary's room

3 bedroom, 3 bath house in North Fresno on a culdesac with a pool. We are on Alluvial and First close to Riverpark and lots of grocery stores and restaurants. The room for rent is $850 a month and is the master bedroom with its own private bathroom. We are having our carpets replaced soon and the house has been mostly renovated. Our home also has solar and the utilities would be split 3 ways. We also have a washer and dryer available to use. There are two living rooms and a dining room, but both of us current roommates are usually in our rooms.
