I am looking for a roommate to occupy my basement which has a large living space, a bedroom, office space , and a full bath with standup shower.

With some decor, furniture, and large rugs.. the basement can easily transform into a living space in its existing condition.

I do have plans to renovate the basement in the near future to add a kitchen, new floors and ceilings.

**Non-furnished; no kitchen. Feel free to bring mini fridge, microwave, air fryer, and similar kitchen items to create a make shift kitchen. **No pets **No smoking **Split water and electric bill 50/50 **Included: Internet and gas **We would share the laundry machine that is located in the basement in the storage room. **Private side entrance to the house with stairs to lead to basement. **Roommate must be clean, communicative, and respectful of each others space. **Minimal guest policy. I will also communicate with you when I have people over.

I am a 30 year old female! I am a very clean and organized person. I do work from home in the morning and day time. I also am a barista and bartender on the side which is some evenings out of the week. I like listening to music when cleaning the house or doing projects as motivation. I stay up pretty late most days (2-3 AM) and a night owl, but will be respectful of keeping the noise low. I prefer someone whose a night owl too. I am easy to work with but communication is key!

Although I’m friendly in nature, on weekdays I have a routine and like keeping my days private so I can focus on my life and tasks. Hence, why I want a basement roommate so we can both have our own private space and time.
