Newley renovated home in quiet Laguna neighborhood. Looking for a female roommate to rent out empty room with its own private bathroom. I am a single mom with my 17 year old. Roommate needs to be alright with pets as we have 2 dogs and 1 cat. Room for rent has a full size bed and a dresser or I can store the furniture if you have your own. Looking for a non-smoker.

I work A hybrid schedule and work from home 2 days a week and in the office 3 days. I am neat and organized and am looking for the same. I have a housekeeper that cleans the house twice a month.
