Detail: Renting out my other 1 bed/bath in my 2 bed/bath 850 sq ft condo. I have a beautiful balcony view of the mountain, 2 gyms (free) in vicinity, outdoor swimming pool, in-unit laundry, AC & heater.

Room: Room is not furnished. Bedroom has closet with storage space, and looks out into the mountains.

My ideal roommate is clean, respectful, and friendly. Smoke-free and looking to have their parties outside the home. Have a steady job and works hybrid or in office.
