Private room with small walk-in closet, in a 3-story house, with large shared space of dining and living room. Big yard around the house, with lots of garden space. Storage space in the basement, and shed available in the backyard for extra storage.

Month-to-month lease, but are looking for a longer term roommate - ideally at least a year.

6 bedrooms, 2 full bath. Washer and Dryer in unit. No A/C. Does have heat. Fully stocked kitchen. Gas stove and dishwasher. Chores are shared around the house.

Quarter pipe skate ramp in the backyard (will be dismantled by the fall). Grand piano in the living area.

LGBTQIA+ friendly is a must. 420 friendly recommended.

Rent: $392/month (subject to increase) (trash and yard maintenance included) Approximately $100/month for Utilities (Gas, Electric, Water, Wifi)

Currently a house of 5, ages from 26 - 30. 3 males, 2 females. And two cats. No pets preferred, but may consider a dog. Occasional backyard barbeques, and friends over. Everyone’s very respectful of each other and of spaces.
