You have your own space with a dedicated private bathroom outside of your room with private path, with privacy screens blocking off the main house. Bathroom and Room have space heaters to make your stay extra cozy and as warm.

Dedicated Parking, refrigerator, toaster oven, microwave. Please no candles or fire hazards.

The room has bright sunny floor to ceiling windows on 2 sides, and a skylight. A beautifully lilac painted armoire to put your personal belongings on, and a table/workstation. You can close the curtains to keep in warmth or darken the room if you like, or open them up to get a full sunshine. There is a comfy rug where the bed is (full sized bed with twin sized trundle), and its laminate floor in the table/refrigerator section. There is a skylight that will let the gentle warm glow of the rising sun naturally wake you up and get you in touch with your circadian rhythm.

You will have access (that is privacy screened with room dividers for secluded feel) to your own private bathroom outside of the room, that is yours alone for the stay. The bathroom has all you will need to hang your items and toiletries up, and a nice space heater to keep you warm.

Kitchen area includes a wonderful toaster oven (comes with aluminimum for easy clean up), A microwave will be supplied, as well as coffee cups and Keurig coffee machine for your pleasure with a selection of tea, decaf and regular coffee. Also will have an electric tea kettle to warm water up and some paper cups to take your beverage on the go. Paper plates and plastic utensils will also be provided, and a bbq grill in private backyard for other fun options.

The TV is situated in the middle on a large table, and has a Roku Connection with Netflix and Amazon Prime Access. Recommended for guest to create a Roku account (it’s free), download the Roku app, and sign in using Guest (Guest features automatically logs you out when you leave) versus using the remote. Instructions will be provided in our guest manual.

I live here, although travel ALOT. I am a real estate investor and travel blogger. So you will have the place to yourself for about 2 weeks every 6 weeks or so. My daughter stays with me on the weekends and she is 6 years old. There may be one other roommate depending on the time of the year.
