This is a private room with private bathroom, furnished, in a 3 bedroom house. There is a queen sized bed with pull out twin trundle. This is for one female roommate who works full time.

Comes with bluetooth electric fireplace and tv with ROKU available. Ample wall cabinets for storage.

I travel a lot, so will not be in the house much. There may be 1 other roommate, just depends on the time of year. I have my own master suite with my own private bathroom. I have a daughter that lives me on the weekends who is 6. Kid friendly is understanding is a must.

Would love ot have a responsible roommate who enjoys peace. Would prefer someone who does not cook, and I can supply refrigerator, toaster oven, and microwave in your unit. If you cook everyday, this will not be a good fit.

Laundry is available on site. Outside grill and picnic table available for use.

There are house rules so that it remains very peaceful and very respectful: 1.) Guest can not stay overnight more than 1x a week. 2.) Quiet hours after 10pm 3. ) You are responsible for keeping your bathroom and shared laundry room clean, neat, and tidy 4.) Pay on time 5.) Month to Month rental 6.) Have deposit and first months rent available. Deposit equal to $800 7.) Will be responsible to repair/fix any damages in the home. 8.) Extra non refundable pet fee deposit of $500. Pet must be well trained and not destructive, or nuisance to other housemates.
