U Street

The room is in a house built in the 1940’s. It is a quiet two bedroom on a peaceful street. The room has fresh paint and carpet and can be furnished for the right person. It has a shared bathroom. The remainder of the house is vintage. Very few upgrades have happened since it was built. If you like a modern kitchen and bathroom, this house is not for you. If you like funky hard wood floors and a simple vibe it might be perfect for you! It does have a lovely backyard with a small garden space and a washer and dryer. It is in walking distance to busses and light rail and is a block from the UCDavis Med Center.

I am a 20 year old college student. I grew up in Alaska and relocated here a year ago after driving around the country for a while. I love the outdoors, traveling, and my cat, Tiny! I have a boyfriend who comes over on the weekends. I collect rocks, plants, and have to force myself not to rescue all of the animals. Some think I’m an extrovert, but I have strong introverted tendencies. I like to have the time to rest and recoup before going out into the world again!
