The place is a 2 bedroom 1 bath apartment in a quadruplex. I have 1 bedroom available for rent with a shared bathroom. It comes with your own parking spot and has a patio and on-site laundry (coin operated). It has a garage and can be used for visitor parking/ storage.

I am looking to rent out to an afab/female roommate. LGBT friendly. Not 420 friendly.

The place is located in Huntington Beach next to Bella Terra. You have the 405 freeway right next to it.

Rent will be $1100 and will be available starting September 1st.

$1100 security deposit

$30 pet fee per month

Rental Application Information:

• Application Fee: $55 (this is to cover the cost of background and credit check)
• Physical application (given by the landlord)

About Utilities:

• Owner pays for trash and water
• Residents pays for all other utilities including: gas, electric and internet.

Animal Policy:

• pets allowed only a minimum of two

Qualification Standards: Your application will be denied if you do not meet the below standards for qualification

• Applicant may not have any evictions or unpaid judgments from previous landlords.
