This is an opportunity for a person that works out of the home, travels, or likes to stay home and enjoy a quiet space, we are nestled in the woods, with trails, pools, and a gym on the premises. Seeking a joyous personality, who understands, that you’re renting a room, not the entire house. Kitchen and Laundry priveledges.

This room comes with a mini fridge. Utilities are split 3 ways and we have our own internet.

🌿I work from home, must 👉 (Working out of the house during the day is a must).

The house is a no drama, no drugs, smoking, or vaping. I welcome kind, friendly spiritual people, who create a loving zen space for themselves and have a good sense of the surroundings and respect not having random overnight stays.

Security cameras are mounted outside. Covid Responsible - no gender biases and we have a non-political house.

Quiet, respectful, and clean. The other roomies keep to themselves. There are 2 levels so we all have privacy.
