Available will be the main largest master bedroom w/private bathroom in this 3 bedroom, 2 bath residence in Bethlehem, GA. Built in 2002, on 1 acre of land in a super safe residential neighborhood. Use of garage, kitchen, and appliances obviously are included. Rent would be $825/mo before unitlity split. $850 security deposit due at signing of one year lease, with a move-in date of October 1st, 2023.
