This apartment is in a 3 bedroom 1 bath in a spilt house set up. Lot’s of space with laundry in basement! There are two parking spaces available and street parking as well. Utilities aren’t included and aren’t very high cost wise. Each room can fit a queen bed and still have plenty of space. There’s also a little room for storage in the basement as well. Looking for some ASAP! July would be free and lease technically starts in August!
