I’m looking for a new roommate to split rent with me since mine left.

The ideal person is probably a student or bachelor type of man that has a full-time position. If you work hard and chill harder you’re my kind of people.

I’m charging less than half since this is for a den with a private bath that we added a privacy screen to.

You’ll have full access to the kitchen and your own fridge and only you can access your bathroom.

We will share the common areas like the living room, dining room and kitchen but I have my own fridge.

There are also two pantry closets in the kitchen so you’ll have one to yourself.

Note: Room is the ‘Den’ in the floor plan, converted to a room with a partition/privacy screen as noted above.

· Rent: $1300 per month including utilities (Floor plan shows total rent before utilities.) · Security Deposit: $1200 · Lease Term: Annual lease renews in July. Will be adding you to the lease. Can move out mid-lease with minimum 30 day notice. Unofficially, lots of people smoke around here, and I’m cool with legal substance use. · Guests: I am open to having a few friends or family over during the day but, if you would like to throw a large party, the community has units you can rent out by the day. Someone who is friendly and easy to get along with · Stable employment or a reliable source of income · Ability to pass the apartments screening requirements in order to be added to the lease.

I’m a Full time Engineer, part time Grad Student.

I’m usually very busy and when I’m not, I’m likely zoned out and recovering in front of a screen.

I cook when I can and I’m more then happy to share when I do.
