It’s a 3 bedroom, 1.5 bath townhouse. Looking to rent one of the rooms. Quiet neighborhood in Great Neck area. Welcome to use the kitchen, living room, laundry room, and office space as needed. There is a small fenced in yard with vegetables and plants growing if you’re into that kind of thing. The home is maintained nicely. The bathroom is shared. The room itself is very nice and clean. I believe in self expression and don’t mind your own touch especially if you’re a creative person. The room could come with a twin bed if you’d like but it’s up to your needs. If you’d rather provide your own furniture you can. If you need help acquiring furniture I can help.

In the home is me, my daughter, our dog, cat, and gerbil. It’s a real life tom and Jerry. We’re a relaxed family. I don’t like conflict or confrontation very much. I work a lot so I’m not home very much but when I am, I prefer to relax watching tv, painting, or taking care of the million plants that I have. Preferably, I’d like someone with shared interests. Someone who is creative and relaxed.
