Home is located in a suburban neighborhood across the street from Heroes Park and Golf Course in Lake Forest/Mission Viejo. Its central location is just a few minutes from the freeway and only around minutes away from Laguna Beach.

Great restaurants are nearby. Grocery stores such as Ralphs, Target, Home Goods, Staples, and other stores at shopping centers just a few minutes away. Bike trail is right next door and walking distance as well.

You would be sharing the full bathroom with only one other roommate. There is also a 1/2 bathroom downstairs for use as well. A sweet couple lives in the Master bedroom and they have been living in the home for 30+years. The home is sq ft home with 4-bedrooms, 3-bathrooms with a nice back yard. They have a few fruit trees and the orange tree produces the sweetest oranges every January.
