I live in a large apartment suite in Tysons Corner. It’s almost 1,500 sq ft. The place has just about every amenity you’d want (pool, gym, outdoor areas, 24hr concierge, etc.)

I keep the apartment very clean. It’s got a great vibe with floor-to-ceiling windows throughout and plenty of natural light. You would have your own bedroom with floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking Tysons Corner, your own bathroom, internet & utilities included, a parking pass for a gated garage, a Queen-sized bed that is lightly used (bought it for guests that were visiting from out of town), as well as a dresser and a mirror in the room.

I own a digital marketing agency, https://direction.com which is down the street from the apartment which is where I spend most my time - meaning I am almost never home. This would practically be like your own place.

There’s a kitchen, large living room, balcony with a hammock that you’re free to use whenever you’d like - the place is fully furnished.

House rules: be clean, courteous, respectful, pay rent on time, and don’t be psycho. Dogs are allowed here, but there are other fees involved which would be fully your responsibility.
