Charmant Drive

Hello! This is a 2b 2b in UTC area (5 min drive distance from UTC mall, whole foods, ralphs) in a quiet, nice neighborhood. Located on 2nd floor, the unit has been renovated recently (~1 yr ago), all the appliances work great, and you’ll be taking the one bedroom and one bathroom. The common space already has a big couch, a dining table set, TV, so you’d just have to fill your room in terms of furniture :) I’ve been living in this unit for the past 7 months and no problems whatsoever. Right behind the neighborhood there’s a super nice park and you can walk to Vons/Starbucks/restaurants.

I am a 25y/o full time engineer. I work a few days per week in the office, and the kitchen is not used daily. I am social and would love to go to bars or the beach with you, but if you’re more chill/reserved type I can adapt to that too ;) - my hobbies are outdoorsy activities/but also watching TV/reading etc. Recently my roommate had to move out of town, so I am looking for preferably another female that has a full time job, but also ok with guys - just looking for someone who is clean :)
