South Pinewood Creek Court

Very nice apartment, centrally located, with a great patio right on beautiful woods and near walking and biking trails. A bedroom and bathroom to yourself for sharing a 2 b/ba apartment which I’ve already secured. And already have the living room and dining area furnished.

I am a 44 year old female professional who is looking for similar in either a male or female. And am in a separation period with my husband at this time, though we still interact well when needed and that. And then I have one very sweet, short haired & well maintained cat. I generally like living with others. But am past the days of say “partying” in my home, other than a small social gathering on occasion, and that type of thing. And I am only looking for someone pretty close to me in age right now, such as in their 30’s or 40’s.
And then for breathing matters, I would need to match with someone else who is a non-smoker of any kind, and that is okay with that we don’t have much things with strong scent around the house, and then of course no drugs, and etc. Otherwise I’m a pretty relaxed personality type, and just looking for someone else who is respectfully neat, but we don’t have to be uptight either. I’m sorry that children living here and any other pets would not be a match for my ad, but children, that are older than like toddler aged, for visiting at times would be totally fine. And then alike with any apartment, you would need to do their application process/background check, for being together on the lease. And I believe it ends at about the end of next May. I can work and travel, so sometimes I may be gone on occasion per this.
