This is a townhome with a spacious backyard for your convenience. I’m looking for someone responsible that knows its strictly business, pay your portion and we will have nothing to worry abt.

This house has one person living there, In this community, everyone stays to themselves. Nobody bothers you. Mostly older folks lives here. You have a big back yard to grill and relax without being in the way. The house has hard wood throughout. Very decent place. It’s up to you to make this house a home.
