East Nashville. Half of a duplex. Nice backyard with a stone fire pit. We have frequent visitors like deer, rabbits, birds, and you’re still 10 seconds from Ellington Parkway. You can listen to concerts at Nissan by the fire pit. Great neighbors, been here for 5 years, roommate moved in with girlfriend. Don’t want to give up this gem.
