Virginia Avenue

Hi we have a small room in a single floor, three bedroom, two bathroom house. Utilities are included (including internet and cable TV). You would be sharing a bathroom with a young female. Current roommates are two females and one male who is only here on three days out of the week.

The room itself is 10’7 x 10’8. The closet is 5’4 x 1’11.

We would love to have someone who is tidy and professional to fill the room. We are all pretty quiet, but we do play video games at night for the most part. I have a dog who is 8 lbs and he is hypoallergenic. If you have any questions or like to come by and view the place please message me.
