Female Only. All utilities included. Each room is rented out individually so you’ll have your own lease. We live in a two story house close to UTSA. You’ll have your own room and share a bathroom with two other girls, there’s also a half bathroom downstairs. The room is furnished, as well as the rest of the house, there’s also cookware/dishes. There’s also a big backyard if you like to be outside! We do have a goldendoodle (who won’t bother you unless you are interested and he stays in my room when I’m not home), but no other pets allowed.
