Great house with an amazing backyard in a safe older neighborhood. I am looking to rent a room (furnished or unfurnished) with extra closet space and a private bathroom. Looking for single non smoker responsible to take care of shared areas-kitchen living & dining rooms and office. Cats are welcome with pet deposit, but please no additional dogs.
About the roomies
I currently live alone and would like to have a roommate. I am easy going, but like my privacy. I work and am out often. I have two dogs-one is a Doberman but very friendly and the other a mini pinscher who is old, blind, and grumpy but adorable.
