Very peaceful. The room is one room you will rent with its own restroom. Room will be furnished. If you have your own bed it’s fine as well . You can decorate the room as you like with your own colors and things . Zero tolerance for a dirty area!! I clean my house often so I expect someone who cleans up as well . . Washer and dryer access . Must have a source of income!! I will not pay your rent.. pictures will be available upon request !! I’m open to video calls as well . SECURITY DEPOSIT IS NEGOTIABLE

I live alone and I love living alone but if I’m renting a room out I expect the person to be respectful, clean, nice and on the cool side . I have a small puppy as well very lovely and loves to cuddle . She’s tiny !! Looking for someone who is responsible and knows what it means to clean up behind yourself !!
