The room is a typical spare bedroom size (11’x13’). Carpeted, full sunlight room. Window faces the yard/street, so don’t be surprised if you see the deer in the morning. You will have your own bathroom. Full bath with medicine cabinet. Property: The house is a little over a year old, so it’s fairly new. The back of the property is fenced, front and side is not. Driveway can fit about 4 cars, so you’ll have room for guests if needed. Area: Super quiet dead-end street. People do walk their dogs up and down the road. Friendly neighbors. 10 min away from the Southworth Ferry. About 10 min into town for shopping, activities, bars and quick errands. Close to Manchester State Park (7 min). Unfortunately, I don’t have a water view, but take a 10 min walk, and you can see Seattle!

Hi, I’m Abby! I’m 26 years old and live in the Manchester area. Currently in the home is just me and my little yorkie, Dupree. I work full time as an engineering technician. I am the homeowner, but don’t worry, I’m pretty cool. During the week, I tend to be a homebody. On the weekends I alternate going to Seattle and staying home.
