bedroom in the front of the house. This room has a shared bathroom. It also has a closet. Looking for someone that is clean, tidy and quiet. At leasing, we will be requiring a roommate agreement to be signed (this can be provided by request).

Within the roommate agreement standards will be set. This includes doing your dishes promptly, maintaining good power consumption (aka heating, lights, A/C) and cleanliness in the bathrooms and common areas.

The lease will change depending on how long you would like to stay: *Security deposit includes first month and last month rent + one more month for security deposit (You will get this back if you take care of the room/ living spaces while you’re here) *If you are going to stay through the summer months (through August) the room will cost $700 + utilities /month *If you do not plan on staying through the summer (till the end of May) the room will cost $900 + utilities /month

Things to know about the house: *Unfurnished bedrooms, furnished common areas *Utilities will be split equally amongst all people living in the house per month *Rent will be required between the 1st - 5th of every month *We will have a monthly chores list (our goal is to maintain a clean house so that we can be proud of the place we live)

This property will only be occupied by myself and other college students looking to rent. I am a student at CMU majoring in international business. As this is my first property to own, I would like to have a clean and healthy home that we can be proud of. please message me if you are interested in being my potential roommate.
