Hi there!

I’m looking for a responsible roommate to move into my garden level apartment come August 1st.

Ideally, I’d love a queer and/or trans roommate, as I’m a trans man myself and would love to live with someone else on the spectrum.

I rent from the homeowners, a lovely couple who lives upstairs, who have proven to be very good landlords over the past year I’ve lived here (they also know I’m trans, and have always been very respectful/accepting of me as their tenant).

The backyard is a shared space. There’s construction going on in the lot right now, but free parking will be available again once that’s complete (for now you can park for free on the street until the construction is done).

Rent is $600 a month each, and that INCLUDES utilities. The only bill we have to pay separately is our Internet, which comes to $39.07 a month (each).

The apartment is a 15 minute walk from Old Town (very ideal if you work in Old Town; I walk to work every morning) and a 7 minute walk to CSU.

The first three pictures listed is of the shared backyard. There’s a picture of the living room, the kitchen, and the bathroom. The last two pictures are of what will be your bedroom. My current roommate still lives with me, but your bedroom will be empty and ready for furnishing by August 1st!

We’re 420 friendly, but if you smoke, the landlords request that you smoke outside, rather than inside the apartment (the backyard is beautiful, so I haven’t found this problematic).

I have a cat - she loves people, and will warm up to you quickly! - and would prefer to have a roommate without a pet. However, if you have a cat, I’d love to meet him or her and see if we can work something out. My cat has lived with another cat before, and after the first couple of weeks, ended up getting along very well.
