About the room
This beautiful spacious room is located right in the heart of Washington Heights. About a 7 minute walk to Yeshiva University and the Cloisters museum. The apartment is very clean and quiet. It is a 7 minute walk to the 1 and A train. Washer /dryer located in the basement. There is an elevator in the building and it is located on the 2nd floor. Maximum stay is 6 months but if you are a kind/clean/ quiet roommate who pays the rent on time it can definitely be extended. (Please note internet and air conditioners is a separate fee)
About the roomies
The other roommates in the home are all working from about 9am to 7pm. They are very quiet and you will not even know they are in the home. Sometimes they use the kitchen and we all have cleaning schedules
