I have PSP and will do $0. rent in exchange for taking me places, picking up things, mowing & doing minor lawn work, etc. The $300. is for 1/2 of the utilities. Obviously you can work. You buy your own food, but you can use my new appliances, laundry and off-street parking.
About the roomies
I have two mini-Australin dogs and two cat. I prefer someone who is neat, organized and a non-smoker like me.
