Master bedroom in 3 bedrooms, 2 bath home. Private parking, fenced in backyard and enclosed porch. Room is 18 ft x 10.5 ft adjacent to its own private bath. Multiple options for room- furnished/couples/furnished couples – just ask for more details, fees may apply.

Spare room is available and is shared with tenants. It can also be used as a home gym and/or as storage space at the discretion/agreement of the current tenants. Other room in home is typically occupied by a student, short term (3-5 months) with option to extend pending agreement extension is approved. All tenants must submit an approved credit and background check prior to move in.
