Located on 5th ave, we are close to just about anything you could need - coffee shops, grocery stores, and restaurants abound. We are also a short walk to Prospect Park, Grand Army Plaza and Central Library.

The common area has additional storage space above the bathroom, exposed brick and a skylight that showers the apartment with all day light. The bathroom itself is small, but functional.

Your two roommates are both men in their early 30s who are generally quiet, keep to themselves and work outside of the house quite a bit. LGBTQIA2+ and 420 friendly.
