We are a fun respectful couple – owners of a 3 Bedroom 2 bath house offering a private large room and your own private bathroom for rent. Huge backyard with firepit and water feature. Quiet neighborhood with beautiful mountain view and plenty of nature. Note there are 2 cats in the house who are very friendly. Rent includes w/d, utilities, trash, wifi. ONLY ONE MONTHLY FEE :) and easy move in 1 story.

About the roomies

Hippie couple very respectful and clean, cheerful and fun loving. The house does include 2 cats; “B” and “Sugaree” they roam in and out. Sheri is a doctor of Acupuncture and Herbal medicine and Rick is a professional musician. Both are long time California residents.
