About the room
One bedroom available in three bedroom house. Shared bathroom between two downstairs bedrooms. Washer/dryer, dishwasher, back yard, basement, garage, bidets, AC, heating, on site parking. I own the house and live in the upstairs bedroom. Two living rooms with limited space for furniture. Amazing, sleepy neighborhood - five minutes to Chambers Road Kroger and Olentangy Target, walking distance to tons of restaurants etc., ten minutes to downtown. At least four bus stops within ~.5 miles. Under 30 minute walk to Wexner Medical Center/main campus. Great for grad/med/vet students and medical professionals! I have one cat who is usually nice and can get along with other cats, plus my friend visits with her dog sometimes.
About the roomies
Iām 33 and work full time in-office 9-5. Iām an Ohio State alum. BLM, ACAB, trans rights are human rights.
