This home is a 2 minute drive from RiNo just across the river, with tons of bars, breweries, and venues, as well as Whole Foods and light rail stops. There are also venues and bars like Globe Hall and Fort Greene just a couple blocks away.

Rent is $700/month Utilities not included (Average ~$65/mo) Pets not preferred, but considered on a case-by-case basis. Additional rent for pets. Lease can be month to month, but those interested in longer term are preferred Deposit = 1st month’s rent

The room; 8.5×11 ft², with a front facing window and a shared closet. If you needed more space/privacy, there is a larger room that could also be an option, with a private closet and at approximately 9.5×13 ft², that would be an option for $750 instead of $700. Buyers choice!

This is a community living situation. This means that we truly care for each others’ well being and happiness. Specifically, we’re looking for someone who is emotionally intelligent and very communicative. Someone who wants to make this place their home, and invest time into beautiful relationships and shared space. We have a cooperative agreement that is composed of rules we all vote on. We also share costs on shared items. No bigotry is tolerated in our home.

Current home occupants are one female (early 20s) and one nonbinary person (early 30s), one dog (Great Pyrenese) and two cats (rascally boys). We have very different schedules but with shared days off, and we love finding time to spend together. We love music, nature, and cooking family meals together. We do enjoy smoking 420 indoors together, and we enjoy an occasional social drinking night.
