Room range from $675 to $850. Student study house intended for academic students only. No parties and no pets allowed.

Master bedroom comes with private bathroom, other rooms have 2 shared bathrooms. Communal living room, laundry room (with shared washer and dryer) 2 bathrooms, kitchen (with shared fridge, microwave, dishwasher), and study room. Background, income, and credit check (student no credit is ok) required for all tenants.
