Other common areas include a living room with sofa, a front and a back porch. Two rooms available for female students, one room for male student and one shared room for male student are available. Monthly rent ranges from $630 to $1,010 plus $120 for utilities and high-speed internet. All tenants are students of SJSU. Annual nonrefundable maintenance and supplies fee of $80 per tenant. $20 extra for unassigned gated parking. There are house rules in place such as sharing house cleaning, no smoking, no drugs, no pets, and no party in the house. Good credits or guarantor is required.
