Upper level is reserved for female and lower level is for male. The available room is $920 downstairs for MALE only. Utilities fee including high speed internet is $100. Annual nonrefundable cleaning and supplies fee is $60. The room size can be shared by two persons, $575/person. You need to find your own matched roommates though. $20 extra for unassigned gated parking. Furniture, such as desk, bookshelf and nightstand, are available if needed.
